My Story
My work was not born from theory — it comes from lived experience.
There was a time when life looked normal on the outside, but internally I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from myself. Through major life transitions — motherhood, relationship changes, and personal reinvention — I experienced what many people quietly go through: overthinking, emotional attachment, loss of confidence, and feeling stuck.
